How do I know if something is a Demo/unboxed product?
1. Look out for the product name containing 'Demo' at the front,
2. Blue badge (Demo-Owned) on the product,
3. Grades #A / #B / #C / #D in the SKU code,
4. Additional mention of Demo/the grading/condition etc., in the product description/spec.

The Display product journey
1. Opened/unboxed or demo stock taken back under one year of opening the box.
2. These units are then taken to our service center for refurbishment, cleaning and testing as part of the 'quality Demo assessment'.
3. Once it passes our comprehensive assessment, the product is repackaged and sealed neatly and ready to ship.
Demo unit inspection policy :
There is a 14 days-day' inspection period' from the delivery date, during which we can inspect the unit and test its functionality. If customer are not satisfied may :
* Return the unit for a full refund,
* Swap it for another unit of the same specification and similar value (subject to availability),
customers need to notify us within the 14 working day period to initiate the return or swap process

Please note: Demo product deliveries and order documentation Demo products are delivered from our Demo warehouse. Your order will be split when ordering Demo products with standard new items on the same online order. Demo products will be delivered on an additional document and potentially a separate delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Inspection and Return Policy
- Inspection Period: Customers have a seven-day inspection period from the delivery date to test and inspect the unit.
- If unsatisfied, return the unit for a full refund or swap it for another demo unit of similar specification and value, subject to availability.
- Notification of return or swap must be made within seven (7) working days.
Warranty and Support - Warranty Coverage: Demo products are sold with either the full or remaining manufacturer's warranty, providing assurance and support.
